Refund policy

At Faith Family and You, we are dedicated to providing our valued customers with high-quality custom-made items that meet their unique specifications. We take pride in our craftsmanship and stand behind our products. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for items that have been customized to your specific preferences unless the item is defective or incorrect.  If you receive an item that is incorrect or faulty, please notify us within 3 days of receipt and include photographic evidence of the issue.

Once you have received written approval from our company for the return of an item, please make sure that the item is shipped back to us within 7 days of that approval. We will arrange for a return and issue a refund once we have received the item in its original packaging.
